SUS304 SUS316l SZH Series Double-Conical Mixing Machine (double –conical mixer) Industrial Mixing Machine
1. Application:
This series of machine are newly design, high efficient and high accuracy mixer. It is widely used for dry material grains in the field of medical, chemical, food, metallurgical and other industry.
2. Working Principle:
the machine is mainly composed of mixing tank, spiral agitating vane and transmission parts. There are two layers of spiral agitating vane. The outside vanes accumulate the material from side to center, while the inner vanes separate the material from center to side. So that material will mix to each other in convective mixing inside the tank. It’s high efficient.
1. It would send the powder or grain state materials into conical mixer by vacuum feeder or manual ; along with the conical cylinder rotating, the materials are made complex movements inside the cylinder to achieve good mixing efficiency .
2. It's energy-saving, and easy for operation, moreover, the labor intensity is low, and the working efficiency is high.
3. Stainless steel material ,meet GMP standard ,durable and strong.
4. Simple structure ,well- polished surface ,easy to maintain and clean.
5. Air tight on discharging and feeding hole.
6. Customized design to meet special need :
· Deflector inside to make better mixing effect
· Safety guardrail on side
· Add nozzles to mix powder with liquid
· Can be changed into vacuum dryer.
